LinkRivers provides web operations tools and related services. The specific features, functionality, and availability of the Service may change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Paid features are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LinkRivers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the Service and our business operations.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that data transmitted through the Service may be accessed, processed, and stored by us and our service providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKRIVERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkRivers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
